
Warranty Terms
Synergy Sourcing Solutions guarantees that its products are free from defects in both material and workmanship. As detailed below, Synergy Sourcing Solutions will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product or any defective component due to material or workmanship flaws, subject to specific conditions and timeframes. Defective products will be repaired or replaced on an exchange basis, and the replacement product may be new or refurbished but will perform as new. If Synergy Sourcing Solutions cannot repair or replace the product, a refund or credit on account will be issued based on the current market value at the time of the warranty claim.
Loss of data or expenses associated with diagnosing system problems or removing, servicing, or installing Synergy Sourcing Solutions' products are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not extend to third-party software, connected equipment, or stored data. In the event of a warranty claim, Synergy Sourcing Solutions' sole responsibility will be to replace the hardware.
Synergy Sourcing Solutions will not be responsible for damage to its products resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, inadequate or excessive electrical supply, unusual mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. Furthermore, Synergy Sourcing Solutions will not cover any product if the original identification information has been altered, erased, or removed, if it hasn't been handled or packaged correctly, or if it has been resold in violation of US export regulations.
This warranty is applicable to the original end user of the product and cannot be transferred from one end user to another. To make a warranty claim, an original or a copy of the original invoice is required. This invoice must be from either Synergy Sourcing Solutions itself, an authorized distributor of Synergy Sourcing Solutions, or a reseller who acquired the product through an authorized distribution channel. Products purchased outside of these direct channels will not be covered by Synergy Sourcing Solutions' warranty.

Manufacturer Original Products- Synergy Sourcing Solutions passes on the Manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise indicated on invoice at the time of invoice.
Warranty Claim Procedures & Return Requirements
There are multiple ways of obtaining warranty service. The defective product may be returned to the distributor or reseller from where the product was originally purchased dependent upon the return policies of that distributor or reseller. Please check with the distributor or reseller return policy and invoice before submitting for warranty claim.

Products may be returned directly to Synergy Sourcing Solutions only after obtaining a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from an authorized Synergy Sourcing Solutions representative. An RMA Number can be obtained by calling 865-386-0923, or by emailing your request to sales@synergysourcingsolutions.com.
